Happy Fourth of July! (Well, now it’s the Fifth…)
I just got back from Caitlin’s Party! It turned out a little bit not as planned but still really fun!

I brought over the cookies I made yesterday, along with a plate of Flag Fruit!
Everybody brought a little something and there was tons of yummy snack foods!
I started out with a Yuengling when I arrived.
We sat outside and enjoyed each other’s company…
as usual, it was fun to take pictures of people taking pictures of food! The boyfriends/husbands were all whining about how embarrassing we are! LOL. 
We then played a few rounds of Catchphrase, boys vs. girls. Somehow the girls managed to win the “sports” round, and the boys won the “food” round. HAH! It got intense and everyone started shouting.
I also had a Strongbow during the game. Not so American, but very tasty! It tasted like hard apple cider.
We then broke into the delicious food:

I also got to meet Kelly’s dog, Oliver!
He is SUCH a cutie! I’m jealous- I want a dog like WOAH bad.
Caitlin put a tutu on the poor little guy! Maggie looks a little too interested…
The Fireworks were EPIC! Just kidding….we attempted to go downtown for fireworks, but once we got there we couldn’t find a parking spot. We stopped randomly to watch them but we couldn’t really see them and so we left.
Once we got back to Caitlin’s I was hungry, so Caitlin made me some toast! Such a good friend.
We played some card games, and I had a glass of sangria that Ryan made… 
..and a Sam Adams beer.
I can’t wait to get back on the healthy bandwagon tomorrow. I feel like I ate crappy all weekend! It’s ok to indulge every once and a while but I feel like I might have over done it!

Looks like you all had a great time! I bet the Lake Eola fireworks were great – sorry you guys couldn't get a parking space! They always had great fireworks!
I thought your food looked awesome this weekend and you had a great balance going on! I wouldn't worry… especially with your killer 20 mile bike ride
