Well, now’s your chance! CHOBANI has offered to send one of my lucky readers a sampling of their Greek yogurts, for free!

A few weeks ago, they sent me my own samples for free to taste and review. I have sampled every flavor they have sent me which included:

  • Plain
  • French Vanilla
  • Honey
  • Pomegranate
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Peach

I love the versatility of the vanilla, but the great flavor of the peach! I could easily eat the peach on it’s own!

Personally, I like to mix my yogurt with berries and cereal:

These yogurts have a GREAT nutritional profile, with no fake ingredients. The pack tons of protein, keeping me full for HOURS.

    1. Chobani has tons of protein which helps keep me full for a long time! (Favorite combo: Chobani Strawberry + Granola + Chia seeds + banana!) It really helps prevent me from getting those morning munchies and mindlessly snacking before I eat lunch.

  160. My definate fav. is the blueberry. Then strawberry and vanilla. I love how the taste is on point with the flavor it claims to be. I mean the health benefits are great too! But to be quite honest, I'd probably still eat them even if they were bad for you aha. Thank goodness they're not!

  161. One health benefit of Chobani is that, if you eat it for breakfast, it keeps you full until lunch! This is a health benefit for people like me who work in an office because it helps us resist the urge to snack on "breakfast goodies" (like donuts, bagels, danishes, etc.) that sit around the office tempting people with grumbling, hungry tummies!

    The flavor I'd most like to try is honey.

  163. I've never tried chobani before but I love greek yogurt! I usually have one every morning at work with some fruit and cereal and it will keep me full until lunch! Must be the high protein content :)

  169. The contest is closed, but I wanted to say that this yogurt has helped me during this pregnancy. I have type 2 diabetes and this yogurt never spikes my blood sugar. It gives me the extra protein and calcium needed for pregnancy and so far I haven't had the pregnancy 'mask' or skin pigment change, which I read is caused by eating yogurt and I eat three Chobani yogurts a day!
